Pan / Tilt Head featuring BST Direct Drive Technology. Fast, dynamic and virtually silent operation with a class leading resolution and repeatability of 0.8 Arcseconds. BST Direct Drive Technology also increases reliability significantly with only one moving part per axis, the high damping effectively reduces Teleprompter swing and vibrations, and the gearless design ensures zero backlash… forever. The Pan / Tilt Head has two discreet and fully configurable tally lights that can be seen from any direction.
Motorized Track Dolly featuring BST Seamless Track System and BST Direct Drive Omega drivetrain for fast, smooth and quiet on-air operation, high position accuracy and low maintenance. Runs on straight and curved tracks. The seamless track system enables easy installation and no vibrations when the dolly moves along the tracks.
Lifting Column featuring BST Fast Actuator for class leading speed, range and position accuracy. The high range enables a BST Broadcast Camera rig to cover a shot from Sofa Eye-Height ( 960mm ) to a standing height of 1920mm ( floor to tilt-axis centre ).
Control Surface / System Controller for use with a Touch Screen. The interface shown on the touch screen can using a web browser be accessed from other locations. The touch screen allows for advanced configuration and shows thumbnails of the available shots. The control surface includes 32 LCD buttons which can be dynamically updated and configured to be used with the frequently used functions. The control surface can either be used with two 3 axis joysticks or one 6 axis joystick where all axes of the camera can be controlled with just one hand. The joystick modules each has an adjustment ring around the base of the joystick which can be configured to control functions like focus or zoom. The control surface has a small desktop footprint where it in it’s simplest configuration only require a USB cable to connect it to the system controller that can be hidden away somewhere else. The system controller and LCD button panel allows for redundant power supplies.
